This branding project for Glenstone Museum in Potomac, MD includes a poster, booklet, and website, all unified by a consistent design system built from the ground up. The palette, typography, and layout are all designed in direct response to what makes Glenstone unique: its commitment to minimalism, its integration of art and landscape, and the special kind of quiet it fosters for visitors.
The outdoor sculptures at Glenstone are monumental in scale but intentionally unhurried in presence. That quality served as a reference for the visual language shaped by the artwork on view, with proportions that don't rush and space used as an active element rather than a void between objects.
The result is a system that complements rather than overwhelms the museum's identity, moving in harmony with its calm, thoughtful atmosphere, and rooted in the physical experience of being there.
